Employee Recognition

Our people do great things, and we love to acknowledge their accomplishments – big or small, on-the-job or personal. Every office has a chief recognition officer who distributes accolades to those nominated by peers. Our digital recognition platform, ShoutOut!, offers an easy way to thank colleagues with a social recognition post or points that they can redeem for products. Because our mission is to develop the next generation of leaders, we recognize the best of the best mentors with annual Sequoia Awards. We grant Service Anniversary Awards to mark five or more years with West Monroe. And every November, we celebrate together, recognizing all company and individual awards during the year.

Fischer Global Service Fellowship Program

If you've ever dreamed of being able to take three to six months away from your job to support a philanthropic or humanitarian initiative anywhere in the world, our Fischer Global Service Fellowship program could be for you. So far, 28 of our employees have completed fellowships to support causes including literacy, clean water, gender equity, mental/behavioral health, economic empowerment, infrastructure development, human trafficking, and the refuge crisis in Greece, while receiving a portion of their salary and continuity of their benefits while on leave.

Community Impact

We’re committed to supporting you as you make an impact in your community. If you’re a volunteer, our Dollars for Doers program can help you access company-donated funds to the charity of your choice. We have a generous charitable matching program that allows you to further your investment in causes you care about. And each year, we close our firm down for one day in June to dedicate our entire workforce to volunteer in one united effort. In 2019, 1,044 employees dedicated 6,200 hours during National Day of Service.
